Each person has his/her own best way to fire your stress, in a general way. What is relaxing for you may not be as much to me or to anyone else (suddenly, what relaxes me can even be stressful for you and vice versa).

For example, many people relax by reading a book. Other watch television, access the internet, take a good bath (particularly, I love a good hot bath) and so on.
